TERRY WALKER
Owner/President
In 2007 there was a transfer of ownership from Clark Mason to Terry. Terry earned a BA degree in economics from SUNY Cortland in 1990. Terry started work as an independent adjuster in 1991 and is currently licensed as a General Adjuster by the New York State Department of Insurance.
All of our staff are licensed by the state of New York.
DANIEL IRWIN
Investigator
Daniel Irwin is licensed by the State of New York as a private investigator and a Casualty adjuster. Dan graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in finance. He commenced his insurance career in 1990 as a Casualty claims representative with Cigna Insurance Company. Dan then began working as an independent adjuster in 1995, conducting investigations on behalf of insurance companies, defense attorneys and Third Party administrators.

MICHAEL GERDES
Adjuster
Michael has been with our firm since 2012. He is a certified New York State property adjuster. He graduated from St. Joseph's College with a Bachelor's degree in History with a concentration in Secondary Education.
DAN SCHIANO
Adjuster
Dan started work as an independent adjuster in 1976, and has been with our firm since 2015. Dan is licensed as a property adjuster by the state of New York.
BRIAN DUCHARME
Adjuster
Brian has been with our firm since 2013. He worked in the residential construction field for 8 years prior to becoming a New York State property adjuster. He graduated from Bryant University with a degree in business administration with a concentration in finance.
JIM FITZMAURICE
Adjuster
Jim recently joined our firm from the Travelers Insurance Company, where he was a Technical Specialist for 31 ½ years. Jim is now licensed as a property adjuster by the state of New York.
Tyler Wurzer
Adjuster
Tyler recently joined our firm in 2019. He graduated from SUNY Oswego with a degree in Business Administration. Tyler is now licensed as a property adjuster by the state of New York.
